Randall Moore II is the new CEO of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

The National Restaurant Association added Jessica Falborn and Adam Hasley to its advocacy team. Falborn serves as a senior advisor, while Hasley is the director of advocacy research and insights.

Tom Waters is the new senior vice president of development at Volunteers of America.

Steve Van Hout has been named executive director of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, succeeding Jerome A. Barrett, who retired.

Tim Atkinson is the new executive director of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society. Previously, he was director of membership, education, and chapters at the Commercial Finance Association.

Krysten Douglas was promoted to senior sales manager of the Washington, DC, market at Visit Indy.

Diane Enos was named chief learning officer at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The National Apartment Association welcomed Peter Gaviorno as its new senior vice president of business development and Kevin Watkins as senior vice president of member and affiliate services.

Andrea S. Rutledge, CAE, was named president and CEO of the Construction Management Association of America. She had served for 10 years as executive director of the National Architectural Accrediting Board.

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons appointed Dino Damalas chief operating officer and Paul Haisman chief information officer.

Melissa Richter-Piraino joined the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau as a national sales manager in the convention sales division.
