Meetings

Destination: Cincinnati

Ohio's third-largest city is sure to please attendees.

Cincinnati is the perfect meeting location for those looking for convenience, accessibility, and flexibility.

Convenient convention district. More than 3,200 hotel rooms—from headquarters hotels to stylish boutique properties—are within three blocks of the Duke Energy Convention Center. The easy-to-navigate downtown footprint allows attendees to explore the city, where they can find restaurants, clubs, attractions, and live music within a two-minute walk from their hotel rooms.

Easy accessibility. Cincinnati is located within 500 miles of 60 percent of the U.S. population. The Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport has more flights than most in the region and was named one of the world’s best by Skytrax World in 2017. For those who drive in, the city is accessible from I-71 and I-75.

Flexible event venues. Cincinnati offers large and unique meeting facilities, including Music Hall, which allows planners to host a reception for up to 500 in its lavish Springer Auditorium—home of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Cincinnati Opera. They can also welcome guests at the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, featuring three prominent city museums that offer flexibility in their event spaces.
