Wilmington, Delaware, is easily accessible and features unique spaces to host your association’s next meeting.

Central location. Located along I-95, Greater Wilmington is within a three-hour drive of more than one-third of the nation’s population, and the train station receives 80-plus Amtrak trains daily. If attendees are flying, it’s only a 20-minute drive from Philadelphia International Airport, which offers access to 29 airlines and more than 1,300 daily flights.

Revitalized waterfront. Riverfront Wilmington offers restaurants and live entertainment, plus arts and cultural attractions. Attendees can check out the Delaware Children’s Museum, Iron Hill Brewery, and minor league Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball—all within walking distance of many hotels and meeting spaces.

Venues of all shapes and sizes. Looking to give attendees a cultured experience? Try the Delaware Art Museum, which offers many event spaces, including a grand entrance hall, a contemporary reception space, and an outdoor patio and sprawling sculpture garden. The Blue Ball Barn, the centerpiece of the new Alapocas Run State Park, was recently renovated and offers a multifunctional conference and gallery space that features meeting rooms, a large banquet room, and a secluded courtyard for intimate gatherings.—S.W.
