Chris Spear will take over for Bill Graves as president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations. Spear previously served as ATA’s senior vice president of legislative affairs.

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association welcomed Colleen Eubanks, CAE, as its next CEO.

Bruce Gudenberg was appointed executive director of the newly formed National Harbor Convention & Visitors Association (Maryland). He will also continue in his role as vice president of marketing for National Harbor.

The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association named Scott Riehl vice president of state government relations.

The International Association of Venue Managers selected Brad Mayne as its new president and CEO.

Daniel Gillison was promoted to executive director of the American Psychiatric Association Foundation. Previously he was its national director of county solutions and innovation.

The National Federation of Independent Business hired David Addington as its new senior vice president, general counsel, and chief legal officer.

Amy Lestition Burke, CAE, is the new executive director of the Special Libraries Association.

The National Automobile Dealers Association announced Peter L. Fong as its new senior vice president of dealership operations.

Wendy-Jo Toyama, CAE, has been named executive director of the Cleft Palate Foundation in addition to her role at the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, where she has served as executive director since 2014.

Heather White was selected as president and CEO of the newly merged Yellowstone Association and Yellowstone Park Foundation.

Association industry veteran Dirk Behrends has been promoted to vice president of association enterprise solutions at Abila.

Mary Cecile Neville joined SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association as senior director of marketing.

AmericanHort appointed Ken Fisher the company’s next president and CEO.

Market research firm MARU VCR&C introduced Amanda Ram as its new CFO and Carlos Palacio as its new CIO.
