Hundreds of bank professionals and executives will head to the Sunshine State in the coming days to learn from leaders, network with peers and colleagues, and get education that will keep them at the forefront of the industry.

Following a board meeting on Tuesday, BISA 2019 kicks off Wednesday afternoon with a keynote featuring Trevor Moawad. The mental performance coach will talk to attendees about creating an extraordinary mindset. Also on the agenda:

Peer to peer. In interactive chats called Peer Group Discussions, program heads, managers, and chief compliance officers will dive deep into pressing industry topics. The chats will be moderated by BISA board members and industry consultants.

Rising stars. Fifteen people have been selected to attend the conference as part of BISA’s Rising Star Program. The yearlong recognition and mentoring program is for high-performing individuals in the industry, who not only get to attend the convention for free but also participate in a breakout session and roundtable.

Party time. Thursday evening’s BISA Night celebration has a theme—BISA Lights—and all attendees are encouraged to wear white. Tons of fun will await them at the venue, including musical entertainment, specialty drinks, and a balloon dart wall.
