CIOs need to change the conversation to get better results. Thad Lurie, managing director of technology consulting services for Old Town IT, told conference-goers to check out a panel discussion on how chief information officers need to have a “dramatic new conversation with their C-suite colleagues.” Lurie told the audience that he intended to watch the clip on Harvard Business Review casually, but said that he was glued to the screen. The panel includes business author Gary Hamel; Jim Stikeleather, author and chief innovation officer for Dell Services; Leni Kaufman, CIO of Newport News Shipbuilding; and Tim Theriault, CIO of Walgreens.
