The 2014 Great Ideas Conference has a new home, but the innovative journey continues.

The 2014 Great Ideas Conference has a new home, but the innovative journey continues.

Enjoy sunshine, outdoor offerings, and networking with colleagues at the Hyatt Regency Orlando—formerly the Peabody Hotel—home of the 2014 Great Ideas Conference. As the conference returns to central Florida, the unique educational offerings continue to expand and inspire great ideas.

Ideas Into Action: Following an acclaimed presentation at ASAE’s Annual Meeting in Atlanta last summer, management consultant John Spence will re-create the magic during the Opening General Session at Great Ideas. Learn how to run a highly successful organization through cutting-edge strategies that leaders should have in their toolbox. Spence will show how to use those tools to create a culture of accountability and disciplined execution that will ensure goals are achieved.

Great Ideas Preconference: Start your learning early at the Executive Leadership Program, a two-part workshop led by Opening General Session speaker John Spence on how to excel as a leader on both the individual and organizational levels. Part one takes you through a series of audits to compare your association against the best practices of leading organizations in the areas of teamwork, culture, communications, and more. In part two, you’ll learn seven characteristics that top-performing employees look for in a leader.

Music and Laughs: Get ready for one of the most practical, relevant, and humorous keynote presentations you will ever see. In a song-filled comedy act, the Water Coolers reveal secrets they’ve learned from 15 years of working with top organizations to help you take your creative ideas from “the page to the stage.” After this session, you can hit the ground running the second you return to the office.

The Water Coolers will give a keynote worth a laugh or two. (Press photo)
