Their wish has been granted, thanks to a new partnership between the association and business consulting firm Master HR Solutions. OTA members can receive expert HR advice and support, as well as a variety of services and products, at a 10 percent discount. Members can also take advantage of resources for matters such as conflict resolution, negotiations, performance management, and training.
