A roundup of new hires and other personnel moves in the association industry.

Keith Darby, CAE, was promoted to deputy executive director of the American College of Phlebology. He was serving as the association’s director of finance and technology.

The AMC Institute added Erin Carter as its new associate executive director at the Virginia office of the Talley Management Group, Inc.

Cecilia Sepp, CAE, is the new president and CEO of the American College of Health Care Administrators. She previously served as vice president and client operations officer at Association Laboratory.

Peter J. O’Neil, FASAE, CAE, has been named executive vice president and CEO of ASIS International. O’Neil previously was executive director of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

The National Association of Federal Credit Unions promoted Carrie Hunt to executive vice president of government affairs and general counsel. She has held several other positions during her 11 years at NAFCU.

Renee Wilson has been named president of the PR Council. She succeeds Kathy Cripps, who stepped down after holding the position since 2002.

Eisenman & Associates, Inc., has appointed Brandon Robinson, CAE, to manage its largest client, the Virginia Society of Association Executives.

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority has selected David Gibbons as the group’s new executive director.

Heather McNair joined Higher Logic’s executive team as vice president of engagement strategy. Previously, she was director of client success.

Marriott International named Scot Cotton general manager of the Marriott Marquis Houston, which will open in October 2016.

National Trade Productions, Inc., announced the promotion of Ryan Brown to vice president of sales and event services.

Association management company AH has hired Denise Jackson as managing director of its Washington, DC, office and vice president of business development.
