Christina McCoy, the manager of events and communities at the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions in Middleton, Wisconsin, got her start on the farm.
Even as a kid working on her family’s farm in the summer, Christina McCoy asked a lot of questions. Today, as manager of events and communities for the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions, she’s still just as curious, which she credits with helping her learn as much as she has about association management.
