Snow-sports expert Nicholas Herrin is the new CEO of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors.

SPIN: Senior Planners Industry Network announced Rod Abraham is its new executive director.

Lawrence D. Sloan, CAE, stepped down as president and CEO of the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates and will be the new CEO at the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

Coming from the National Retail Federation, public affairs specialist Kathy Grannis Allen is the new managing director of airline industry public relations and communications at Airlines for America.

Karen Silberman has joined the American Chiropractic Association as its executive vice president.

Amber Levy is the new director of membership for the Association of Junior Leagues International.

The industry group for credit union executives, CUES, added Trish Barrette and Brian Cacic to its Midwest member relations team as director of member relations and member relations and council manager, respectively.

The American Brain Tumor Association welcomed Martha Carlos as its new chief communications officer.
