Jacob Wilder, the director of communications and technology for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Atlanta, Georgia, cut his teeth in a hospital.

As a security representative for East Alabama Medical Center, Jacob Wilder had to communicate pertinent information to patients, guests, and staff.
