My Three Goals for 2019

1. Spend more time getting to know my team and volunteers so I can better serve them (I started at CAATE in September 2018).

2. Work on delegating and prioritizing, and get better at saying no.

3. Stop and smell the roses more often, focusing more on work-life balance.

What I Do When I’m Not at Work

Cheer on my sons at youth soccer games and go to concerts, especially ’80s and ’90s bands. It’s the best stress relief I have found.
