Best Benefit Ever: Multimedia Expertise for Baseball Coaches
The American Baseball Coaches Association will give members free digital subscriptions to a leading baseball magazine.
What’s the benefit? To give their players the best advantage, athletic coaches need to know their games inside and out. That’s why the American Baseball Coaches Association and Inside Pitch Magazine are teaming up to provide ABCA members with a free electronic subscription to the publication, along with exclusive video, music, and slideshows. “Our relationship with this organization will broaden our reach and provide both the ABCA and Inside Pitch with a larger platform to promote quality instruction, cutting-edge information, and character in the game we all love,” Keith Madison, Inside Pitch publisher and ABCA Hall of Famer, said in a statement.
Why it works for members: Even when they’re not on the field, baseball coaches need to keep up with the competition, and the insights from Inside Pitch help them do that. Plus, coaches have the flexibility to share their own insights with the community. “The quality of the magazine is excellent, and the goals of Inside Pitch are consistent with those of the ABCA,” Executive Director Craig Keilitz said in a statement. “Our coaches will have access to Inside Pitch and will be afforded opportunities to contribute to the magazine.”
Other perks: ABCA members can keep their fingers on the pulse of the baseball world with other exclusive membership benefits, including the Covering All Bases newsletter, Coaching Digest, and the ABCA Press Box weekly email. Members also receive discounts on the association’s clinic videos.
