LaShawn Sidbury, CMP, CAE, was destined to work in associations. “I learned at a very early age that I loved helping people and providing solutions to their pain points,” she says. Today, as director, meetings and special interest groups, at the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry, she’s always looking for opportunities to develop and enhance program offerings.
