How I Got Here: Katrina Dunn
Katrina Dunn, the director of development at the American Fisheries Society in Bethesda, Maryland, says you don’t need to know it all to have success.
Katrina Dunn has been working in associations for more than 10 years, and her roles have spanned everything from fundraising and marketing to meetings and events. The biggest lesson she’s learned along the way is that you don’t need to have it all figured out. “The key is to be intentional about how your actions compliment your end goal,” she says.
